Take the 2024 NYC School Survey

To complete the survey online in five easy steps!

  • Go to NYCSchoolSurvey.org.
  • Click on the link to the “Take the 2024 NYC School Survey” button.
  • Enter your access code (lowercase “f” followed by your student’s identification (OSIS) number which can be found on their report car, student ID card or NYCSA account.).
  • Complete the survey.
  • Click ‘Submit’.

Welcome Back To a New School Year!

The first of day of school for all students is Thursday, September 7th. School starts at 8:00 AM. Arrival of all students will occur on 203rd Street.

We are all excited to welcome you and your child back to school for the 2023-2024 school year!

Attendance Matters at P.S. 134

Attendance at P.S. 134 is a priority. Our focus as a school is to ensure that each student receives a quality education and that starts with each student being in attendance daily.
